This beautiful and well-equipped holiday home is located on the northern edge of Frederikshavn. It is part of the Palm City development, which is being built close to the sandy beach at Rønnerhavn. The so-called Palm Beach is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home.



The living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor. There is a balcony in front of the living room from where you have a beautiful view. There is also a terrace on the ground floor. The equipment in the house is of high quality and ensures a pleasant holiday. The holiday home has fast WiFi, a large 55 SmartTV with Chromecast in the living room and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms.



Frederikshavn has a pedestrianised area with shops and several restaurants. Skagen is not far away and offers charming cafés and a maritime atmosphere.

Wonderful house

The house and location were fantastic. But unfortunately the house was still dirty from the previous tenants. Toilets not cleaned, stains on the mattresses, sand everywhere, cigarettes lying around (although no smoking), empty glass bottles lying around, and cooking utensils not cleaned. I tried to reach Novasol, after all circumstances I was finally listened to and fobbed off rudely. A day later a "cleaning team" came. This team consisted of one woman who was so rude and disrespectful that I was speechless. Shortly around she said I should clean myself and turn the mattress over. Absolutely not recommended. The house itself is amazing, big, bright and quiet and is in a great location. 150 m to beautiful beach. I can only recommend booking the house through an different agency as Novasol
