Welcome to the Bugg Haus - your next getaway with family or friends in the heart of the Catskills! Our property is the perfect secluded retreat away from the city, just 2 hours north of NYC (quick access up I-87). Utilize our large fire pit & enjoy the fall foliage or sit back & relax in the hot tub or heated pool. Head to Hunter or Windham Mountain for skiing, or snowshoe throughout the 15 acres of our property or on nearby trails – it's perfect for any season.

The Space:
Each room is professionally furnished.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Primary Bedroom: King Bed located on the main floor of the house, the room is extra large with an associated well-appointed full bath. In addition, there is a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

Queen Bedroom 1: Located within the basement with access directly to the outside patio/garden. Access to a full bath within the basement with a large soaking jacuzzi tub.

Queen Bedroom 2: Located within the basement with an associated full bath.

Basement queen bed (sofa sleeper): Located in the basement living area is a queen sofa sleeper with access to the adjacent full bath.

Queen Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor of the home.

Queen Bedroom 4: Located on the second floor of the home.

Bunk Bedroom 1: Located on the second floor of the home. Twin over twin bunk bed.

Bunk Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor of the home. Twin over twin bunk bed.

Backyard:
-15 acres of land to explore! Whether snowshoeing in the winter, or going on a nice crisp walk in the fall, you're welcome to take advantage of the nature around you!

- The in ground pool salt water pool is open May - September - weather permitting. If you are interested in booking dates in April or October, please reach out to confirm pool availability.

The pool features a wrap-around pool deck with outdoor patio furniture curated to fully enjoy. We have our pool professionally cleaned weekly. During your stay you might need to use the skimmer to remove any debris that land in the pool.

-Wood-burning fire pit and 8 beautiful black Adirondack chairs ready for you to enjoy some s'mores with a view of the mountains (additional camp chairs available).

-Outdoor hot tub perfect for soaking any month of the year.

-Propane grill with grilling accessories.

-Horseshoe pit.

-Outdoor movie projector screen with wifi connected outdoor projector

Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped and ready for you to cook up a storm for your hungry guests. Includes spices, salt/pepper, cookware, utensils, etc.

Fireplaces:
The home has two fireplaces, however only one fireplace is currently working. The black brick fireplace in the basement is working and the white one on the main level is currently out of commission.

Water System:
Our property's water supply comes from a well and therefore it is important for our guests to do their best to be conscious of their water usage, especially if your party includes 10+ guests and you are renting during summer season. If you have questions, please feel free to message us!

Pets:
We do allow trained and well behaved pets. Please inquire with us if you plan to bring a pet and we will discuss our rules and pet fee.
