*GAME ROOM with several arcades with multiple games on each. pop a shot basketball.

*2 bars one tall and one shorter overlooking the ocean with 16 barstools! U will want to seriously eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and relax with drinks at the bar! Great for coffee and sunrises over the ocean, or wine and sunsets at night! *PICNIC TABLE AND SANDY SIDE YARD FOR FUN GAMES TOGETHER!

House has while home filtration. System to combat Surfside's city water. We have Tanin remover to take the yellow out and make clear. Also water softener (but not so soft to where feels slippery. I hate that) so skin doesn't dry. Simply the best here! Also we have reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink for your coffee etc.
