135 Salt Grass Ave, Surfside Beach, TX 77541 (we don't hide the address, so you know exactly what you are getting!). Spectacular ocean views from large front and private back decks. This house is only a few steps to the sand and direct access to the ocean. Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is fully equipped with all new furnishings. 3 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably (up to 2 more on sleeper sofa, +$10 per person, per night). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), and kitchen counter seating (ideal for kids while parent in the kitchen). Other amenities inside include unlimited high speed internet (wired and wireless), cable 4K HDR TV with Blu-ray player in the living room and DVD library, 4K HDR TV and Blu-ray player in the master bedroom, sofa and loveseat, large dining table (seating for 8), stereo, private washer and dryer in the property, new central A/C and heat, and ceiling fans throughout enables you to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation with memories that last a lifetime. The host was amazing!!! The place was perfect! We stayed as my son wanted to propose on beach and he did!!! The house is a few steps from beach and had everything we needed and was amazing! 10 out 10 for sure!!!
