The house is very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just an FYI- the coffee maker is old school- brew a pot, not a Keurig. Important to know if you are a coffee drinker so you know what type of coffee to bring. The driveway is nice and cemented- which is nice compared to the other places we have stayed at in Surfside which are mostly gravel. Location is great, you can see and hear the ocean. A small 1-2 minutes walk to the beach. All bedrooms are upstairs. The only small issues we noticed where the front door knob is barely hanging on. Its not in use because there is a keypad, but still noticeable. Also there was a stain on a rug upstairs- not a big deal. We tried to email both of these things when we arrived, but they were not deliverable. Great stay, I've already recommended this place to a couple friends.

Stunning Property!

For the first time, I found a place that looked even more stunning in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff who reached out to us were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our entire stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and cannot wait to return!
