This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience.

For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes.

Stay connected with the smart TV with fire stick and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills.

Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! The booking, check in and check out was seamless. The rooms are completely remodeled and gorgeous. I stayed there last summer and could not believe the improvements that were made. I will be staying here again! Love this property.

We had an incredible experience staying at this apartment! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable we slept like babies every night. The location was ideal close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive, friendly, and provided great local tips. We really appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, coffee filters, and toiletries. The room was so cute and inviting. All the little touches made our stay so relaxing which included the bed and pillow, so comfy. The pictures don't do this little room justice. The condo building was just a few steps away from the beach and sat between 2 different beachfront restaurants. When it is just me and the hubby again, we will be staying here.

Marcus was very accommodating as our dog had trouble with the second floor. He was incredibly responsive and timely with his communication, which I highly appreciated. It was only a quick walk down the street and you were at the beach! Quiet rental for being on the street corner, too.

Reasonably priced, finer lodgings.

I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was pillowtop, the pillows were soft and plump as well. The towels and the washrags were better quality than most hotels. The staff was kind and available for my questions through a quick phone call. The decor was pretty and well thought out. I enjoyed my stay as did my guest! I will definitely be back in the future! The only thing I would say is the location is right off the road so about 5-6 rows of houses to walk through to access the beach. That was not a deal-breaker, though. I just would have preferred a place with a beach view and not a road view. Overall, I would still give this one 9.5 on a 10 scale because it lacked nothing else and was priced reasonably for the quality of lodging.

Convenient nice place

This place is great for a low budget vacation. The room was very neat and clean. The location was very convenient since it was just one block from the beach. Check-in process was very easy. Communication with manager was very effective. Definitely it exceeded our expectations considering it’s low price. Please bring mosquito repellent with you because at night there’re lots of them. I would’ve liked the location on the app map listing to be accurate, because at the moment of booking, this place looked like it was located about two blocks from its actual location and just right by the beach line, and it’s not.
