Beautiful House!

The house is wonderfully decorated & equipped with every convenience! We especially appreciated having a separate full bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms.Distance to the most isolated beaches in the area was just a short 5 minute drive.We wish we could have stayed longer!

5 coworkers stayed the weekend to attend a competition and had a wondedul time! The house was wonderful and comfortable. We were close to the beach and food options. The house was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property. The pictures simply don’t do it justice – it’s even better in person! Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They not only provided clear and accurate descriptions in the posting but also called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. It’s rare to find such attentive and caring hosts. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail - including having everything labeled so it was easily found. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All guests in our group (adults, teens, and kids) were more than satisfied with our stay making this a place for everyone to enjoy. This beach house exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking either a relaxing or exciting getaway.

Very nice property! They were a few pleasant surprises...almost always vacation owners throw out all left over items including condiments...this owner had the house stocked with bottles of water and condiments. Also left a supply of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs...little things that make this property stand out.

Fantastic House

Nicest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. Comfy beds, all the kitchen utensils and supplies you could want, nice furniture, plenty of soft linens. Updated kitchens and bathrooms. Awesome layout with 3 en-suite baths. Good wifi. Great TV. Good view of the big boats which my kids loved. Plenty of seating. Close to the beach. Great experience. Would definitely rent again if we find ourselves in the area again! And beautifully decorated, too.

Dune R Thing is an amazing place!

The house was beautiful! We stayed for a family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked, with gently used cookware, cooking utensils and appliances for us to cook-in instead of going out. The kitchen was also laid out well, so several people could be working without bumping into each other. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms were convenient and also pretty. Beds were very comfortable. Living area had enough sofas and chairs for a large group - very comfy. We loved the deck where we ate, played cards and hung out. The walk to the beach was short, just enough distance to get a little exercise (less than 5 minutes). The beach front was fairly private and a lovely back drop for family photos. A wagon was provided for us to take a picnic to the beach and lots of beach chairs and toys for my 3 yo grandson. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful large beach home away from home.

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our beach trip this year. My family and I were more than comfortably accommodated, 4 adults and 4 teens. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and ready to entertain. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and plenty of seating inside and out on the deck for dining. The bedrooms all have there own bathroom with showers and plenty of towels which is important when vacationing with teen girls or any sandy kids for that matter. TVs in all the rooms and wifi was great. We were able to have a movie night in the living area which has 3 large very comfortable sofas all with recliners plenty of room for all. Parking under the house in the shade was perfect and the outdoor shower means we were able to leave most of the sand behind that made it into the cars at the beach. Extra beach toys, chairs and wagon were available for our use but you need to bring your own beach towels. The house is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, the pier and the splash park and views of the ships coming in to port right behind the house. Surfside beach is beautiful, we love that it’s never crowded and the shops and restaurants are all locally owned…. No fast food chains and no traffic jams. Can’t wait to come back and we will definitely try and stay here again.
