This facility is not owned by Landing. They are merely a tenant sub-letting and attempting to do everything online. However they didn't know what bldg our unit was in. Didn't know the right room number, and didn't tell us in advance we would need a new access code every day to get into our room. I requested that management get in touch, but they didn't until I sent a bad review and said nobody told them of a problem.
