This spacious 4-bedroom beach house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is perfect for multi-family vacations, fishing trips, or relaxing coastal getaways just 1 hour from Houston. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large wraparound balcony, with the beach just steps away and convenient drive-on access available.


Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 with a King bed (Primary Suite), Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 with two bunk beds, and Bedroom 4 with one bunk bed plus one full-size bed. The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Home features include an expansive wraparound balcony with ocean views, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, covered parking, and central AC and heating.


Important notes: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No parties or events allowed. Primary renter must be present during the stay. Pet friendly with prior approval. Pet fee is $150 per stay (up to 2 pets). Pets must be house-trained and may not be left unattended. Undisclosed pets will result in additional cleaning fees.
