La dolce vita

La villa des Acacias est accueillante, confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ©e,parfaitement situĂ©e tout prĂšs de la lagune et de la grande plage, mais protĂ©gĂ©e de l'animation balnĂ©aire des Sables d'or. Les chambres aĂ©rĂ©es, claires avec une belle lumiĂšre, possĂšdent chacune leur salle de bain. Le sĂ©jour-salle Ă  manger est vaste et lumineux. Une maison plaisante, pratique pour son usage estival, avec les machines indispensables rassemblĂ©es dans un grand sous-sol. Tout est fait pour ne se prĂ©occuper que de son bien-ĂȘtre. Nous n'avons pas essayĂ© le jacuzzi cette annĂ©e, mais nous n'avons pas dit notre dernier mot. De sa fenĂȘtre chaque matin, on peut apercevoir, de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de l'AllĂ©e des Acacias, un vĂ©nĂ©rable et extraordinaire cyprĂšs de Monterrey qui ajoute une touche californienne Ă  ce sĂ©jour de rĂȘve. La dolce vita bretonne !

Une trĂšs grosse dĂ©ception dĂ©s l'arrivĂ© pour nos vacances bien loin du rĂȘve vendus sur l'annonce ou les photos sont plus belle que la rĂ©alitĂ© ! PropriĂ©taire absent et injoignable pendant toute la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour le numĂ©ro fourni Ă©tant une plateforme tĂ©lĂ©phonique avec un rĂ©pondeur et aucunes rĂ©actions du propriĂ©taire malgrĂ© messages ! Personne pour nous accueillir Ă  notre arrivĂ© malgrĂ© confirmation d'un accueil physique c'est un voisin est venu aprĂ©s 20 minutes nous donnĂ© la clĂ©, impossible donc de faire l'Ă©tat des lieux et de faire constater l'Ă©tat de saletĂ© dans laquelle la maison ce trouvĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ© ( sol non lavĂ©s avec taches diverses au sol, gros moutons de poussiĂšres etc) La maison est mal situĂ© juste en bordure de la route principale de la ville et est trĂšs passante et bruyante y compris la nuit ou moto/camion/voiture etc y passe joyeusement comme sur une national a fond la caisse.. le tout accompagnĂ© d'un vis a vis avec le voisinage et ses dĂ©convenues ( voisins curieux et voyeurs qui n'hĂ©sitent pas Ă  observer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur qui oblige de fermer les volets ou rideaux pour avoir un peu de tranquillitĂ© chez soi.. , l'amĂ©nagement de la maison est peu pratique car obligĂ© par exemple a devoir passer par le sous sol via le garage ou carrĂ©ment sur le devant de la maison pour pouvoir accĂ©der au jacuzzi et la partie ce trouvant Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison ! les finitions et l'entretien laisse globalement Ă  dĂ©sirer ( trous ou manque de peinture dans certains murs, morceaux de plinthes en bois absente dans une chambre, pas de support pour accrocher la douchette dans les baignoires des 2 chambres, tĂ©lĂ©commande de volet roulant ne fonctionnant plus, sol abimĂ© entre le couloir et le sĂ©jour, absence totale et non prĂ©cisĂ© d'Ă©clairage de la partie arriĂšre de la maison pour pouvoir profiter dĂ©s le soir de la table extĂ©rieur y compris du jacuzzi! portail d'entrĂ©e voiture en PVC qui a des difficultĂ©s d'ouverture et de fermeture, Le flipper est sympathique mais la aussi un sĂ©rieux manque d'entretien et de maintenance visible vu son Ă©tat et problĂ©me de son, problĂ©me de TV dans la chambre parentale ( la seconde n'ayant pas du tout de tĂ©lĂ© ! ) L 'accĂšs pour une personne avec des problĂšmes de mobilitĂ© n'est pas aisĂ©/adaptĂ©. Pour conclure avec tous ses problĂšmes constatĂ©s je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement qui ne reflĂšte pas la rĂ©alitĂ© mais plutĂŽt une sorte d'attrape touriste mes vacances ont Ă©taient ratĂ©s

Une maison trÚs agréable et bien décorée, on est comme chez nous !

Lieu exceptionnel, vue mer et grande plage magnifique Ă  300 mĂštres, une maison extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e, confortable, il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut et mĂȘme plus ! Chacun sa salle de bains... tout Ă©tait parfait ! Merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes Ă©galement pour le panier garni Ă  notre arrivĂ©e... et le dĂ©part tardif
