La dolce vita

La villa des Acacias est accueillante, confortable, bien équipée,parfaitement située tout près de la lagune et de la grande plage, mais protégée de l'animation balnéaire des Sables d'or. Les chambres aérées, claires avec une belle lumière, possèdent chacune leur salle de bain. Le séjour-salle à manger est vaste et lumineux. Une maison plaisante, pratique pour son usage estival, avec les machines indispensables rassemblées dans un grand sous-sol. Tout est fait pour ne se préoccuper que de son bien-être. Nous n'avons pas essayé le jacuzzi cette année, mais nous n'avons pas dit notre dernier mot. De sa fenêtre chaque matin, on peut apercevoir, de l'autre côté de l'Allée des Acacias, un vénérable et extraordinaire cyprès de Monterrey qui ajoute une touche californienne à ce séjour de rêve. La dolce vita bretonne !

Une très grosse déception loin du rêve vendus = vacances raté

Une très grosse déception dés l'arrivé pour nos vacances bien loin du rêve vendus sur l'annonce ou les photos sont plus belle que la réalité ! Propriétaire absent et injoignable pendant toute la durée du séjour le numéro fourni étant une plateforme téléphonique avec un répondeur et aucunes réactions du propriétaire malgré messages ! Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivé malgré confirmation d'un accueil physique c'est un voisin est venu aprés 20 minutes nous donné la clé, impossible donc de faire l'état des lieux et de faire constater l'état de saleté dans laquelle la maison ce trouvé à notre arrivé ( sol non lavés avec taches diverses au sol, gros moutons de poussières etc) La maison est mal situé juste en bordure de la route principale de la ville et est très passante et bruyante y compris la nuit ou moto/camion/voiture etc y passe joyeusement comme sur une national a fond la caisse.. le tout accompagné d'un vis a vis avec le voisinage et ses déconvenues ( voisins curieux et voyeurs qui n'hésitent pas à observer à l'intérieur qui oblige de fermer les volets ou rideaux pour avoir un peu de tranquillité chez soi.. , l'aménagement de la maison est peu pratique car obligé par exemple a devoir passer par le sous sol via le garage ou carrément sur le devant de la maison pour pouvoir accéder au jacuzzi et la partie ce trouvant à l'arrière de la maison ! les finitions et l'entretien laisse globalement à désirer ( trous ou manque de peinture dans certains murs, morceaux de plinthes en bois absente dans une chambre, pas de support pour accrocher la douchette dans les baignoires des 2 chambres, télécommande de volet roulant ne fonctionnant plus, sol abimé entre le couloir et le séjour, absence totale et non précisé d'éclairage de la partie arrière de la maison pour pouvoir profiter dés le soir de la table extérieur y compris du jacuzzi! portail d'entrée voiture en PVC qui a des difficultés d'ouverture et de fermeture, Le flipper est sympathique mais la aussi un sérieux manque d'entretien et de maintenance visible vu son état et probléme de son, probléme de TV dans la chambre parentale ( la seconde n'ayant pas du tout de télé ! ) L 'accès pour une personne avec des problèmes de mobilité n'est pas aisé/adapté. Pour conclure avec tous ses problèmes constatés je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement qui ne reflète pas la réalité mais plutôt une sorte d'attrape touriste mes vacances ont étaient ratés

Une maison très agréable et bien décorée, on est comme chez nous !

Lieu exceptionnel, vue mer et grande plage magnifique à 300 mètres, une maison extrêmement bien équipée, confortable, il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut et même plus ! Chacun sa salle de bains... tout était parfait ! Merci à nos hôtes également pour le panier garni à notre arrivée... et le départ tardif
