Meine Frau und ich fĂŒhlten uns hier leider nicht wohl. Die BettwĂ€sche roch sehr unangenehm nach Mottenkugeln oder Insektenvernichtungsmittel. Dazu hatten wir einen KĂ€fer im Bett. Wir checkten daher direkt wieder aus, ohne zu ĂŒbernachten. Wir hatten nur fĂŒr eine Nacht gebucht. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Bei Reklamation wurde dann behauptet, dass Zimmer wĂ€re in Ordnung gewesen und man hĂ€tte uns auch ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten. Zuerst schien man auch noch anzunehmen, dass wir ĂŒbernachtet hĂ€tten. Jedenfalls wurde bei Reklamation auf uns nicht eingegangen und diese mit falschen Behauptungen zurĂŒckgewiesen. Selbst die Kosten fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck wurden nicht zurĂŒckerstattet, obwohl wir am Vorabend abgereist sind. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Zimmer war gerĂ€umig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ausgewogen, es gab unter anderem frisches Obst und eine große Auswahl an frischen Brötchen. Lediglich der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum ist eng bemessen. Man konnte aber auch im Barbereich frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Personal war unterschiedlich, einige freundlich und zuvorkommend, andere wirkten etwas abwesend. FĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Freiburg ist das Hotel auch aufgrund der Lage auf alle FĂ€lle zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten ein gerĂ€umiges Zimmer, leider ohne KofferstĂ€nder so dass man die Koffer nur am Boden aus/einrĂ€umen konnte. Der Service beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck sollte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Der Kollege an der Bar am Samstag beim DFB Pokal hĂ€tte UnterstĂŒtzung verdient, allein ist das schwer zu schaffen.

Neues, modernes und ruhiges Hotel in zentrumsnÀhe

Unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, Zimmer sind sauber, modern und einfach eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer zur RĂŒckseite war sehr ruhig, straßenseitig haben wir keine Erfahrungen, aber auch innerhalb des Hotels hat man kaum LĂ€rm aus den anderen Zimmern, Stockwerken und dem Gang gehört. Rezeption und Garage ( 16€/Tag) sind im gegenĂŒberliegenden Design Hotel Stadtgarten.Trotz der ruhigen Lage in einer Seitenstraße sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt . Somit hat man kurze Wege und reichlich Auswahl an Restautants, Cafes, LĂ€den etc. Wir wĂŒrden bei einem erneuten Freiburgaufenthalt wieder dort ĂŒbernachten.

Gute Adresse im Zentrum von Freiburg i.B., modern, hell, bequemes Bett. Gute Auswahl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet, jedoch ist der Raum fĂŒr die Anzahl Hotelzimmer zu klein. Ebenso die Bar - mussten ohne Schlummertrunk ins Bett, da kein Platz. Gutes Preis - LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Ruhige Lage zur Erkundung Freiburgs

Im Boutiquehotel hat es uns super gefallen! Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, weswegen wir die NĂ€he zum Stadtgarten gewĂ€hlt haben. Insgesamt perfekt fĂŒr uns gelegen, kurzer Fußweg in die Alt- und Innenstadt. Das Hotel selbst war sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Besonders das Badezimmer war fĂŒr ein Hotelbad sehr schön gestaltet und gerĂ€umig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
