I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it.

Christmas Market 2019

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We found all the people we met in Freiburg to be very friendly and helpful. It was so enjoyable we hope to return one day. The Christmas Market has a very special atmosphere. The Swartzer Kater was definitely the best pub food in town! English couple, living in Spain, on holiday in Germany.

Modern hotel within easy walking distance of the city’s old center, all the hotel facilities (including underground parking which is not noted among amenities on Expedia) were great and we would definitely stay here again.

This property suited my needs near perfectly. Luxurious accommodations are not necessary for me but clean and cozy is something I appreciate while traveling. The small room and bathroom had a simple clean feel and was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. I was informed that there was a small continental breakfast included. I felt that breakfast was more than satisfying with many options to be creative each day. I loved making breakfast sandwiches! I enjoyed the 10-15 walk to town and did not feel that it was too far. There are not any restaurants within the immediate vicinity but this was not a problem for me. The mattress was a bit firm, but again not a big problem for me. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Uncomfortable Bed

The room was clean and in good condition. 20 minute walk to shopping area. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Parking was extremely limited. The bed was not comfortable at all. We left a night early and returned home due to back pain caused by the bed springs. I'm a IHG rewards club member and have not had this type of problem at any other location.

Modern hotel with good service.

The hotel is modern and adequate. The room was good and the service very good.. The location is not so good, but there are good communications by tram to the city centre abd bus to the main railway station. The breakfast is ok, but a little to simple.

Comfortable and convenient. One nights sleep interrupted by the fire alarm, triggered by a power surge. Can someone investigate if such an occurrence can be avoided in future? Also hotel was a shade too warm
