Petites remarques pour cet appartement : tapis du salon qui est tachĂ©, lampe du couloir des chambres qui ne marche pas et plus embĂȘtant, communication depuis l'appartement par le portier qui ne fonctionne pas, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a qu'un jeu de clĂ©s. MalgrĂ© tout, appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien situĂ©.

Localisation idĂ©al prĂȘt de la plage, parking apprĂ©ciable, climatisation. Appartement au calme.
SĂ©bastien de la conciergerie est trĂšs sympathique.
Attention les linges de bain ne sont pas fournis, ni torchons dans la cuisine.
Nous avons passez de bonnes vacances.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit der Wohnung ganz zufrieden, sie liegt ca.300 m vom Badestrand entfernt. Es gibt keine deutschen TV-Sender, aber das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Bett mit einer sehr guten Matratze ca. 180x200 und im zweiten kleineren Schlafzimmer ein Faltbett ca.140x200. Parken kann man im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Die Duschbrause könnte ein bisschen höher hÀngen. Ein- und auschecken hat auch ganz gut auf Englisch geklappt. Preis-leistungs-verhÀltnis stimmt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im 6. Stock
Die Ferienwohnung ist aus meiner Sicht ausreichend gross.
Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine.
Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem HÀuserkomplex. Der Komplex ist komplett eingezÀunt, dass Auto kann auf dem GelÀnde geparkt werden.
Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, Supermarkt in der NĂ€he.
Sowohl zum Hafen von Frejus, als auch zum Hafen von St. Raphael ist es ebenfalls nicht weit.
Ein klein wenig Negatives gab es dann aber doch:
FĂŒr ein schönes 1,8m breites Bett gab es leider nur ein 1,6m breites Bettlaken. In 11 Tagen konnte auch nichts passendes organisiert werden. Im WĂ€schepaket ist auch wirklich nur die BettwĂ€sche enthalten, eine HandtĂŒcher.
Bei Wind (den gibt es im September recht hÀufig) quietschen und knarzen die Markisen auf dem Balkon. Da kann die Nachtruhe schon mal gestört werden.
Diese Punkte sind aber wirklich nicht so schlimm.
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen.

Un tout grand merci pour cet appartement. Splendide, super bien placĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et Ă 2 pas de la mer. TrĂšs propre. Vraiment nous ne pouvons que le conseiller. Attention, les draps sont Ă prendre et payer au moment de rĂ©ceptionner les clĂ©s Ă lâarrivĂ©e chez le concierge trĂšs proche de lâimmeuble et ceci nâest peut-on ĂȘtre pas clair dans lâannonce. Autrement gĂ©nial.

TrÚs bel appartement, endroit trÚs agréable à deux pas de la mer
Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris de notre sĂ©jour, l'appartement est trĂšs propre et trĂšs fonctionnel, le fait d ĂȘtre Ă deux pas de la mer, nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur le parking de la rĂ©sidence et de tout faire Ă pied , nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçu par le concierge qui nous a Ă©galement bien renseignĂ© sur l ensemble du sĂ©jour. Les enfants Ă©taient ravis. Un grand merci.
