2-family house "Zita", built in 1960, renovated in 2020. In the resort 800 m from the centre of de Saint Aygulf, 5 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, on a main road. For shared use: private beach. Private: natural state property, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 900 m, grocery 1 km, supermarket 6 m, bar, bakery 900 m, café 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Saint-Aygulf La Poste" 850 m, sandy beach "Les Esclamandes" 3.8 km, park "Areca" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 7.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 5.5 km, Fréjus 6 km, Saint-Raphael 8 km, Sainte-Maxime 13 km, Saint-Tropez 28 km, Nice 72 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St Cassien 43 km, Lac du Du Verdon 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2, large patio 100 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the sea.
