No hot water while it was very cold weather. When I complained to the front desk they said it is cold because the weather is very cold and it is effecting water temperature. When I showed my frustration he said he will report the maintenance team in the morning. It took them four days to fix by Friday evening.

The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well so I give it 2 stars…however, this place was kind of gross for the price. The bedding was stained, the were smudges all over the walls furniture etc. The showers had a lot of soap scum built up. My room had no fridge and no microwave which I didn’t realize and I’m surprised again for the price. The worst part however was the noise at night, I think it was other guest but they were playing loud music and talking so loudly they were basically yelling out in the parking lot until 2am in the morning. No one did anything about it! I also didn’t feel very safe. Was constantly checking my car outside and things. Would not recommend for single women.

Room was very dissappointing. Dirty Bathroom, Roaches (killed 3 of them) broken light features and light did not work. Room also had an owner. The front desk was very nice and changed my room. It would be nice if Expedia gave me credit for the room.

Don't expect much. Its a bed, a TV with a few channels, and a bathroom with zero extras. Room layout wasn't for comfort or convenience, its just a place to sleep.
