This could have been a nice place to stay, if it hadn't been for circumstances beyond their control. There were still things that could have been done to alleviate the issues. There was a violent storm that went through at 11:30 PM. We lost power at 11:40. The power never came back on. That meant, no lights, water (toilets and showers), elevators, wifi, coffee, breakfast, nothing. When we left there was a slot to drop off our keys. Nobody was around to offer help, to offer mailing a receipt, or to apologize for our uncomfortable stay. Someone from the property checking on us would have been really nice.
