The in-room climate control system didn't seem to be working and it turned out that the filter was completely saturated with dust. It was really nice a bit old school feeling but still very nice. We came to town for a comedy show and some of the celebrities actually stayed at the hotel. The cookies were delicious and warm. We didn’t get a chance to use our breakfast vouchers because we had to leave early.

Great customer service. Front staff was very accommodating. I had chosen a room thru the app, however after getting to the room, we realized that the ac unit was next to our room and too loud for our liking. Front staff immediately changed our room for us and made sure we were comfortable. Room was also very clean and organized. Highly recommended.
