I guess this hotel is just ok. Carpet is a bit dated with stains and damage but otherwise the property seems in decent shape. I’m most disappointed that Expedia listed this property as having laundry facilities as an amenity, only to find out that was completely false. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place, so I could avoid a laundromat on this trip. Also, I know beds are a very personal preference, but the mattresses are very soft, which for me is a negative. Also, 2nd floor has no elevator which was not a problem for me, but may be for some people. Lastly, I wish the free breakfast started before 7am for the early risers. It seems like most hotels start breakfast at 6 or 6:30 so 7am was disappointing.

Enjoyed everything about my experience starting with finding the room on Expedia at a great price point, the ease of check in, the courteous guest clerk who went above and beyond to help make a weary traveler comfortable. The bed... Honestly it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. So comfortable that I chose to skip breakfast for a couple more hours of sleep. I'll be coming back to this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

Carpets in rooms need thorough cleaning and some general use items (doors and door frames, curtains and bed skirts). Breakfast need some protein - all is waffles (good), cereals and prepackaged pastries. Fruit yogurts are the one and only protein. Get soma eggs and cheese at least!
