Great value for the money! Located in a sleepy apartment complex, where the most noise comes from the kids playing in the parking lot after school. Everything was clean enough, although when I ran the dishwasher a vile smelling water came out of the drainage to the sink, it was pretty nasty. Overall recommend if you're looking to save some $ but still have all the amenities of a home!
