There was hot water issue where they didn’t have hot water to take warm shower or warm bath.
They let us use other side of the building to take bath one night. The other night, they told me it’s fixed , yes only one bath warm water, and I have to take cold shower at night.
And water color was brown and felt disgusting.
The train track was near by and it was so loud.
It was also stinky outside.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great for last minute plans
Very Easy check In & Check out pricess. Friendly staff. Location is great because its close to everything and right off the freeway. My only complaint would be the rooms as well as the entire property could definitely use an upgrade. Id stay here again.
The property and staff are great. The parking is awful, it's one way in and one way out nothing else. If there was a fire nobody would be able to get out of there. The two things that my granddaughter and I did not like was it was very loud after 10 pm and it felt very unsafe so for dinner we had to doordash our meals. That's a let down when we had plans to eat out. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

Old sty motel outdoor smoking filled the courtyard. Old stiff towels, not a pleasant stay
Close to Downtown Hanford’s restaurants and bars. Also close to Amtrak station. Parking for our 4WD truck in the hotel parking lot was impossible, but street parking was available.
Check in at 3:00 pm, process was completed through a security window, lobby was locked and not accessible. Window person was not interested in communicating at all.passed key card through slot and left. I had questions about parking and breakfast.Details booking hotel state free breakfast 6:00 am to 9:00. Lobby was locked at 7:00 am . No coffee, snack bars is not breakfast to me. Stayed 2 nights because of reservations. It was cheaper than other hotels. I usually don’t leave reviews. If you want cheap, it’s cheap. Bring your own pillows.
Our room was clean but it had an unpleasant sewage odor the whole stay. Luckily I only used it to sleep if not I wouldn’t be able to handle the odor all day. It looks like they remodeled the rooms but they’re paper thin so you can hear everything outside. Between the other guest and homeless people around it was loud outside and hard to sleep. I guess for the price it’s ok.
I reserved this property because of the reasonable price. The room we were in was adequate, but it was very small. It was an accessible room (which we didn't really need), and there was no closet or anyplace other than the bed (and one small chair) to put anything or to sit. Not even a table if you wanted to eat in the room. Their breakfast was cereal and milk and maybe coffee (we don't drink coffee), but there would have been no where in the room to eat, so we just went out for breakfast. It was also pretty close to the railroad tracks, so we did hear trains going through town occasionally. I probably would not stay there again.
