The 72 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a bedroom with an additional sofa bed, a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, sparkling water maker, kettle, and coffee machine. Neues Haus, Wohnung in EG, fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Pros: Sauber und ordentlich. Großzügige, moderne, geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Neue Küche. Wassersprudler vorhanden. 2 Alexa-Lautsprecher vorhanden. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. W-Lan incl. Alles in allem sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen. Cons: Nur einige Blatt Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Gästekarte für Kurtaxe war nur digital vorhanden (wegen Verwechslungmit anderen Gästen), wird aber so nicht anerkannt beim ÖPNV. War dann aber kein Problem, weil wir Deutschlandstickets hatten. Check in war etwas kompliziert, weil PIN für Schlüsseltresor erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde. (Nach Ankunft an der FeWo.) Wohnung war nicht gut beheizt. (Temperatursturz im Juni) Außentemeratur auf 10 Grad gefallen und innen unter 20 Grad. Einstellung der Fußbodenheizung etwas kompliziert. Vor dem Badfenster außen sollte mal jemand die massiven Spinnweben entfernen. Fenster konnte daher nicht gut geöffnet werden. Das sind alles aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die dem Gesamteindruck kaum abträglich waren.
