This studio was indeed charming. One of those places that instantly feels welcoming the moment you walk through the door. Exceptionally clean, thoughtfully equipped, and perfectly located for exploring Fribourg. The train station was an easy walk (about 14 minutes), bus stops were just around the corner, and some of the best coffee spots and cafes were literally steps away. Morning coffee with gorgeous views of the town or the local streets quickly became part of the routine here.The studio had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Quick responses, helpful information, and an easy check-in process that made traveling stress-free.I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily return. A perfect little Fribourg home base.

If you're looking for a true Fribourg experience, this is it. The apartment is literally steps away from the St. Nicholas Cathedral, not to mention endless charming outdoor cafes. You'll hear beautiful church bells ring softly in the distance, but the room is otherwise quiet (and on a quiet, virtually traffic-free street). The room is clean and spacious. It's a beautiful but older building, so there are quirks: for instance, you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There's no air conditioning, and we were staying during a historic heat wave; a small electric fan made it tolerable. The property manager was responsive and accessible before and during our stay. 15 minute walk to train station, and you're within walking distance of just about everything. In conclusion: if you want to stay in a place that reflects the history and character of your surroundings, we highly recommend.
