Light-Flooded Apartment “Haus Sohl 1” close to Centre and Lake Constance

The modern and well-furnished apartment “Haus Sohl 1” is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Friedrichshafen, and is only a short drive from the pretty centre and the beach.

The 38 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and is therefore perfect for 2 people (third person on request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony with seating furniture and a nice view over the neighbouring meadows.



A supermarket is 950 m oder a 2-minute drive away, only a short walk from a bakery, a restaurant and a pharmacy. A bus stop, from where you can get to all the surrounding areas, is right in front of the house, and the town centre of Friedrichshafen is 5 km or a 10-minute drive away, where you can stroll about the lovely promenades or visit the Zeppelin museum. The nearest beach, Strandbad Friedrichshafen, is only a short walk from the centre or a 13-minute drive (6.3 km) from the apartment. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 28-minute drive (23 km) from the property, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 37-minute drive (31 km) away or across the nearby Austrian border. The charming island Lindau with its picturesque old town centre is a 32-minute drive (28 km) away and Bregenz in Austria, famous for its many cultural offerings, is a 38-minute drive or 40 km from the apartment.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
