The approximately 90 square meters "large" cottage was rebuilt in late 2015 and completely new and high quality furnishings. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, the house has a timelessly beautiful and robust furniture. Other highlights include two modern flat screen televisions, a game console and fast wireless Internet access. You will find the house in a very quiet, hardly traveled dead end street right at the entrance of Friedrichskoog- Spitze. On an approximately 330-square-foot, round ingrown plot, you can unwind and enjoy your holiday to the fullest and absolute peace.

Restaurants, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops and just 300 meters away beach are easily reached in a few minutes. For self-catering can be found in various shops, supermarkets and bakeries. Is very close also the Friedrichskooger tourism service with many useful information and interesting facts about the resort, the Dithmarschen region, and the whole North Sea is waiting for you.

Wir ziehen ein gemischtes Fazit. Das Haus hat eine Toplage, ist geräumig und eigentlich könnte man sich wohlfühlen. Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten, teilweise war das Geschirr nicht sauber. Der Eingangsbereich war mit Spinnwebenmatten (die waren nicht von einer Woche) überzogen. Während des Sturms drang Wasser durch die Fenster und es gibt nicht mal einen Lappen zum trocken wischen. Es fehlt dem Haus an Zuwendung. Schade.

Soweit okay, aber Liebe fehlt.

Im großen Ganzen, war der Aufenthalt gut. Das Haus selbst war soweit sauber, allerdings braucht es gier und da schon etwas Liebe und Pflege. Die Saison geht aber auch erst los, und vielleicht ist da ja was in Planung. Die Nähe zum Wasser ist Top allerdings kommt man nicht an besagtes, weil die komplette Deichpromenade eine Baustelle ist. Ausweichen ist in Richtung Büsum etc möglich, also vielleicht vorher informieren, wie def Stand der Bauarbeiten ist. nicht an besagges

Grundsätzlich tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in einem grundsätzlich gepflegtem Haus.Es war alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was angegeben war und ebenso war es einwandfrei nutzbar und zugänglich.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter selbst war top, jedoch war es zunächst schwierig, überhaupt direkt in Kontakt zu kommen, da alle Kontaktdaten seitens FeWo Direkt geschwärzt wurden.Schade war allerdings, dass der Ort selbst lediglich auf seiner Seite darüber informiert, dass der Deich saniert wird, nicht aber, dass dieser samt Badestrand gesperrt ist.Zugang zum Meer erhält man somit aktuell nur in Nachbarorten.Allgemein werden wir aber gerne erneut das Haus buchen, wenn der Deich wieder vollständig zugänglich ist.Rundum trotzdem: toller Urlaub!

Tolles Ferienhaus in Friedrichskoog

Sehr schönes Häuschen am Rand von Friedrichskoog spitze. Alles in Ordnung, so wie man sich ein Ferienhäuschen wünscht. Für uns waren die Betten eine Idee zu weich, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Schade war dass der Deich/Strand momentan umgebaut wurde und daher nicht zugänglich war

soweit war alles gut. Einzige, der Damm wird gerade hergestellt und man muss längere Wege im Kauf nehmen und Strand, na ja. Wenn man Sehenswürdigkeiten sehen möchte, ist ein Auto notwendig. Ansonsten schöne Umgebung und alles ruhig.

Haus schön und sauber (Kleinigkeiten verbesserbar, z.B.schmutzige Toilettenpapierrollen im Hauswirtschaftsraum). Die Lage bewerte ich schlecht, weil die angepriesenen 300 m zum Strand ein Hohn sind, in Anbetracht der Tatsache dass der Deich noch fast 2 Jahre geperrt ist. Mit diesem Wissen hätte ich in Friedrichskoog keinen Urlaub gebucht. Dafür kann aber der Gastgeber nichts. Es ist Sache des Touristbüros auf soche Dinge hinzuweisen!!!

War alles gut

Aufenthalt war gut! Betten waren ok! In der Küche war alles da was man braucht! Wäscheständer und Sonnenschirm sind defekt, sollten ersetzt werden! Tapete im Schlafzimmer sollte mal neu befestigt werden! Trotzdem ein schönes Ferienhaus!

Schöner ruhiger Kurzurlaub

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Nicht weit weg vom Deich und Strand, ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist schön, wenn auch das ein oder andere renoviert werden sollte. Die Betten knarzen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist wirklich sehr unbequem und gerade im Badezimmer funktionieren die Rollläden nicht. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das Grundstück und der Garten sind sehr schön angelegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sowohl über fewo als auch direkt etwas schwierig. Letztendlich hat aber alles geklappt. Der Ort eignet sich sehr gut für einen Kurzurlaub zum Abschalten zumindest außerhalb der Sommersaison. Man sieht im Ort deutlich die Baugebiete der jeweiligen Jahrzehnte, wir waren wohl im letzten gebauten Bereich aus den 2000er. Auch eine typische Ferienhaussiedlung ist mitten im Ort und am Deich, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Man kann richtig schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Viele Hunde sind auch unterwegs. Tipp: Lebensmittel usw. mitbringen, vor Ort gibt es außer einem nicht so tollem Bäcker nichts zu kaufen. Allerdings sind 6-8 km entfernt und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen Supermärkte und ein guter Bäcker. Auch die Seehundauffangstation ist einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen und evtl. kommen wir wieder mal hierher.

Schönes Ferienhaus das in die Jahre genommen ist.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal da. Der Vermieter den ich telefonisch kenne ist ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann. Doch möchte ich hier eine konstruktive Kritik abgeben. Es fehlt definitiv eine Teekanne ein Messer was schneiden würde wäre von Vorteil. Eine kleine oder mittlere Pfanne wo man z.b. ein Ei braten könnte wäre schön. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer unten hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Dusche müsste mal entschimmelt werden. Es gibt noch mehr Kleinigkeiten die man erwähnen könnte....für mich stellt sich immer die Frage fühlen sich die Vermieter in ihrem eigenen Haus wohl.
