Floor (attic) • 1 living room with fitted kitchen unit (with dishwasher, oven, etc. • 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (attic) • 1 bedroom with double bed (ground floor) • Shower / WC (ground floor) • Sunbathing area, terrace, garden furniture, satellite TV, radio, WLAN, child-friendly equipment with cot, high chair, children's toilet seat, staircase downstairs etc., central heating, parking space. • Please bring bed linen and towels, but can also be rented from the landlord for a fee • Pets are not allowed • The living area is tiled and the bedrooms have laminate flooring • Washing machine can be shared with the Zintl family (next door).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
