The Space:

Located on the north end of Fripp Island, this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers breathtaking golf course and ocean views. Just steps from the pool, golf course, and the newly renovated Ocean Point Grille, the setting couldn’t be more ideal.



Step inside to an open-concept living area where the kitchen sits to the left, featuring stainless steel appliances and overlooking a spacious dining table. The adjoining living room, decorated in serene blues and whites, opens onto a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining set—perfect for enjoying ocean breezes.



The king primary suite is located adjacent to the living room and includes direct access to the back deck along with an en suite bath featuring a walk-in shower. At the front of the house, a second bedroom with a queen bed shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.



Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an en suite bath and walk-in shower, as well as a fourth bedroom furnished with A twin XL-over-queen bunkbed, a queen bed AND a twin-xl bed—ideal for kids or groups. Please note: this bunkroom does not have direct bathroom access; guests may use the bath in the bedroom across the hall or the hall bath downstairs.



Exterior highlights include a two-car garage, additional parking for two cars, and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
