The Space:

Welcome to 447 Porpoise Drive! A spacious two-story home perfectly situated on a large, quiet lot overlooking the Ocean Point Golf Course. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this island retreat is ideal for families and groups as the layout ensures ample space inside and out for everyone to relax and unwind.



On the main level, discover two generous living rooms, a large dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen ready for culinary adventures. As well as the expansive master suite with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the screened-in porch. Step onto the large deck, complete with a gas grill, offering breathtaking views of the Ocean Point Golf Course and serene lagoons.



On the upper level, you will find another deck - perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise - and the other three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, offering both a tub/shower. In bedroom 3, there is another king-sized bed and a twin-sized sleeper sofa with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4, attached to bedroom 3, is a delightful space for the younger ones with two sets of built-in bunk beds. (You must go through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4). All of the bedrooms, except for the bunk room, are equipped with a television for your viewing pleasure. For your convenience, this home provides a Pack 'n Play, crib, and two booster seats, ensuring a hassle-free stay for families with little ones. The kitchen is equipped with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There is also an extra refrigerator, so you have ample storage.



447 Porpoise Drive is located on the north end of Fripp Island, offering proximity to the Audubon Trail, beach access, pools, and many other Fripp Island Resort amenities. Immerse yourself in the island lifestyle and create lasting memories in this idyllic setting.



Two 4-seat golf carts are included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 11 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With 2 championship golf courses, 5 pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
