The Village of Newhaven Complex is oceanfront with beach access at low tide. The condo complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a gas grilling area and tables for your enjoyment. Across the street is the OP Bar & Grille, and next door to the Ocean Point Pool. Fripp Landing has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Family trip

Our overall stay was great but there were a couple of issues we could never get addressed by the manager. The images online when we rented did not match the property. Most of it was for the better but sleeping arrangements posed a problem as we had 2 toddlers and 2 single beds were changed to bunk beds which did not work for us. I sent messages and emails with no response. The ice maker didn't work, back sliding door didn't lock, door handle on one of bedrooms was coming off, had to buy a broom because there wasn't one in the rental and wifi was completely out for last 2 days. Didnt try to even reach out about that since I never got a response from any of my other messages. Some of the things were minor but it still would have been nice just to get a response to all of my messages.
