643 Newhaven is a lovely two-story, second-floor condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to OP Bar & Grille and Golf Course, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Features include a gas fireplace (for the cold winter months), a large dining area, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a stunning ocean view from the back deck.



The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from the pool, golf course, and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area

Also included in your rental are up to 6 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
