Upstairs, a wide central hallway leads to four bedrooms, each with private access to a bath and a cozy porch. A special kids' room with built-in bunk beds and two queen sleeper sofas in the lower-level living room provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The home also features a HE washer/dryer on the main level and a shower and 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Outside, there is ample parking and a grill.



Beach Access: Take advantage of the home's proximity to the beach, with a short walk to the sandy shores and opportunities to enjoy sun-filled days and refreshing swims in the Atlantic Ocean.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Please note: Pets are not allowed, and the garage is unavailable for parking.
