Welcome to Searenity - 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC!

Rates include golf cart and resort access with 2 cards. We can quote rates without amenity cards at a good savings to you. 1 pet considered $250.

We have been vacationing here for the past 25 years and have made this space available for a multitude of satisfied Fripp visitors, quite a few of them for multiple visits. It is now better than ever with our recent upgrades. We feel at home here and hope that you will as well. See our reviews as our guests have rated us as the perfect place to stay.

We keep our rates simple, and they include linens, resort access with 2 amenity cards and a golf cart, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout. We can also provide rates without amenity cards.

Centrally located, with amazing canal and marsh views, and an easy 3-4-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3+ miles of beach. Private fishing/crabbing dock. Accommodates up to 4 guests.

The resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants.

If needed - You can get up to 2 additional cards - $55/card Memorial to Labor Day or $39/card outside those dates.

If you don't wish to purchase resort access and cards, then let us know and we can provide an updated quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off-island.

We can consider one pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Description

Major updates completed spring 2025. New paint and LVP flooring throughout. New kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and television in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck. Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have enjoyed their stay, and our ratings attest to that. We have just taken things up to a new level of comfort and enjoyment. We like it and hope you will too. Come check it out soon. Be sure and read our reviews!

There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes. All new seating to enjoy as well.

TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils.

Everything was just as stated, and Steve’s communication before and during our stay was amazing. We love Fripp, and it was great to be back and have the cart to tool around at night and to the beach access we prefer. Very happy with the condo unit. First time staying anywhere around the mid island area. Location was great. Close to all activities and amenities. Condo was just as described by owners. Absolutely beautiful place with all the comforts of home. From booking to checkout, Steve and Millie made the process easy and stress free with excellent communication and instructions. Our villa was immaculate and smelled amazing when we walked in. They provided everything you need (dishes, cookware, utensils)to make meals at home if you’re not inclined to go out to eat after a day at the beach or pool. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Nothing I can think of would’ve made our stay better. Excellent!

The owners are very responsive and the place was very clean. Fripp is not an inexpensive place to visit but I felt we definitely got what we paid for. Celebrated our 40th Anniversary. We loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again . Golf cart came with the condo and we loved riding around the island. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had .

We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. Excellent Location!

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!

We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

Simply Wonderful!

The condo is perfect for my family of three to stay for our week long vacation to Fripp Island. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding is comfortable and cozy, living area is set up nicely for an evening in with NetFlix and a Google speaker for listening to music. We loved it!
