Wonderfully equipped condo in the Colorado mountains of Summit County! Frisco has so much to offer from world class skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, Lake Dillon, shops and restaurants, all at your fingertips.

The condo is in a quiet complex within walking distance of Main Street. It has beautiful views from the back terrace which look out to White River National Forest. In addition to all the readily available outdoor activities this space is arranged for working remotely, writing or just enjoying peace and quiet while relaxing by the fireplace. The clubhouse is located directly in front of the building across the parking lot and is complete with 3 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, a pool, steam room, sauna, tennis, racquetball courts and pay laundry facilities.

Sleeping arrangements in the are as follows:
1) master bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed)
2) living room sleeps 2 (queen sofa bed)

Property location is great and the covered parking makes a big difference. The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of space. There were no towels to use at the hot tub so make sure you bring your own.

HOA Issue

The condo needed a few repairs and fireplace maintenance. HOA policy was never told to us about plugging in a diesel to keep engine block warm. HOA took our extension cord first night. Then cut it in half the next time with no note to explain anything.

Great views and hikes

The location is excellent. Right next to the Rainbow Lake trails and some of the best Aspen tree viewing in the area. Easy parking, great view from the porch, nice fireplace. Pool and hot tub were a nice feature. Only downside was that we couldn't use the oven because whatever cleaning product had been used smoked like crazy and smelled like chemicals. Would definitely rent again!

Great condo in south Frisco

Easy check in at the unit. Located in a very quiet area, just south of Main Street. 10 minute walk into town. The unit backs up to a beautiful scene of the mountains and super close to the back path. You can just zip onto the path and bike to Breckenridge, Copper Mtn or Dillon. The unit itself is well stocked, bed is comfortable and living room is nice to hang out in. It’s a bit on the dark side since there is only the sliding glass door bringing in light and there too few lamps. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The frosting on the cake was when we were walking down to the garage to pack the car and saw 2 baby moose and momma moose right next to the stairway. They grazed there for 15 minutes and gave us such a thrill. That along with the view from the deck were amazing! Thanks, Maria.

We loved our stay in Frisco. The condo was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed. We had everything we needed and were very sad to leave. The stars at night are spectacular, and we loved watching the hummingbirds.

Nice Condo in Frisco

The condo was clean and in a nice location. We loved the area and the views from the balcony. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub. I highly recommend this condo and would consider staying here again.
