Newly renovated, charming coastal retreat in Frisco!

This Hatteras Island home is situated in one of the more remote towns on Hatteras Island. This newly updated vacation rental home offers all types of attractions on the island. Just a short drive to multiple sound-front restaurants, mini-golf and go-kart rides, the famous Diamond Shoals Point in Buxton, the light house, and the Hatteras Ferry that will take you over to Ocracoke Island. Not to mention, your only steps away from one of the best beaches on the island!

The top level features a living room full of natural light, with high vaulted ceilings, a breakfast bar, large dining room, half bathroom. The top level has access to the spacious gated sundeck with views of the neighborhood, canal, sound and sunset views in the distance, the perfect place to relax in the warm summer breeze.

Cozy up in the living room to watch a movie on the large tv or read a book on the comfy couches. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs with newly updated appliances and cookware.

The three bedrooms are located on the second level. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bunk room with a full, twin and twin trundle. There are two full baths with marble countertops. This floor also has a washer and dryer.

Outdoors you will find an outdoor shower for washing off sand and dirt, a fish cleaning table, and a charcoal grill. There is space for 2-3 cars to park under the home.

The community boat ramp is just down the street with access out to the open shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound. You can take a short walk down the quiet street to see gorgeous sunset views on the sound. With shopping, dining, ocean beach access, fishing, wind surfing, four-wheel drive access ramps and other fun activities just minutes away, everyone will be entertained for your entire stay.

No animals are allowed on this property. Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If smoking is detected inside, an additional cleaning fee of $225 will apply.

This beautiful home is under new ownership and management but we assure you that you are in great hands. We have made a seamless transition, and your stay is guaranteed to be one you will enjoy!

Beautiful home! The updated home is cozy, clean and we really felt at home for the week. Quiet neighborhood was nice, we loved taking walks to the sound nightly. Convenient location to beaches and the business of town if we chose to but also enjoyed quiet game nights at the house. The decor and details of the home were noticed and appreciated. Love the box fans and sound machines in each room. We loved your property and would consider coming again when we make our way back to the OBX. You have a little slice of heaven! Thank you!
