Location was great, very spacious living room area. Right off the interstate so we could get anywhere in the area very quickly, close to groceries and Walmart. Well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware and small essentials.

Very well laid out condo. Worked well for us but needs some attention, owners need to stay themselves and note needed fixes, repairs and upgrades. But with that said we would stay again.

Pros: Great location and value. Well stocked kitchen.Cons: The unit can be loud if you are a light sleeper. The road and wind noise were loud from the third floor bedroom. The first floor bedroom is very loud if anyone is in the kitchen, running the dishwasher or flushing the toilet upstairs.

Good location and value - needs some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location - easy access to the highway and all major services. The interior needs some updates. Lighting in garage and bathrooms was extremely dim. Cookware is sparse and needs replacement. Appliances are outdated but functional. Master bedroom windows need replacement- can hear the highway.

Things were decently clean. Hot tub nice--but some functions that didn't work. Some noise from interstate, but fine. Management company very responsive and much appreciated services: replaced hallway light, brought more towels. Some minor upkeep would be appreciated: as in: missing wheel in dishwasher and large hole in screen in upstairs bedroom. Was unable to utilize porch, because cushions were extremely dirty. They should be stored inside when not in use.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. The location was good, the property was quiet, and the scenery out the back was beautiful. The negative we had with our stay was having the property managed by a rental agency. Immediately upon booking the non-refundable property on VRBO, I was sent a mandatory additional agreement by the rental company that required me to provide my credit card info, a photo of my driver’s license, and an additional photo of myself for verification as well as require me to agree to numerous additional terms outside of the VRBO agreement. None of this was mentioned on the posting or at the time of booking on VRBO, and I wouldn’t have booked this property had I know about these requirements ahead of time. In addition, the frequency of the communication with the rental agency was much more than I would prefer leading up to our stay and during our stay.
