The hotel location and price was good. You are getting slightly dated finishes, with some obvious aging to the place. BUT overall no real complaints about the space. You know what to expect. Solid base camp, but not a place to "hang out."

I was staying there for surgery. Our room was refreshed everyday especially with clean towels which is necessary when preparing for surgery. It was convenient to the Hospital and surrounding restaurants.

Don't listen to the bad reviews!

Not sure why all the bad reviews, I suppose people are expecting a Ritz-Carlton experience for under $200 a night, get real! The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and the location is amazing (the free shuttle stop to and from Copper Mountain is right outside the parking lot). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again!

The good news is they had an opening when I-70 closed due to weather just minutes before. The bad news is they charged accordingly (over double the norm) and the heater didn’t work. So a sleepless night anyway. We showed the video of the broken heater in the morning and they assured us the manager would call us. They never did.

No breakfast as advertised. Super confusing elevators and laundry locations. Snow boots NOT allowed for a hotel in Frisco is ridiculous although the staff did not seem to care if you actually wear them in the lobby. Convient public transportation to the copper mountain. There are some restaurants in the Safeway plaza but I wouldn’t suggest walkimg to the restaurants.

I paid extra from a balacony room that was decent and then we asked to be moved to a comparable room. The other room was closer to the pool, but it was dirty and there was a hole in the wall were the cable came through. The pool was freezing and the hot tubs were slippery with dirt.

The property was OK. The pool and hot tub area was a bit moldy and dangerously slippery on the areas around the pool. The games in the game room took money but did not play. The advertised breakfast was NONEXISTENT. The room was comfortable. The parking was adequate. The staff was below average.

We chose this hotel over another cheaper option because the pool looked nice. Unfortunately, it was freezing and we weren't able to use it. The two hot tubs were nice and the sauna was barely warm. Everything else about the hotel was average. There is EV charging available in the adjacent Ramada Inn parking lot, FYI.

I called the front desk and asked the girl that answered at 230pm if she can match the expedia rate she said she was off in 30 minutes and I should call back and talk to someone else. She was SOOOO rude to me! The guy that checked me in was Nicholas and he was helpful. When I was in the room and called the front desk from the room phone and my cell phone no answer which is not right what if I had an emergency and needed help! I walked downstais and nicholas said his manager had him running all over the place for an hour and no coverage at the Front desk! What if someone waiting an hour to check in! That is crazy to leave the front desk unattended that long.

We stayed here a while ago when it was owned by another company. It was recently bought out. The restaurant was closed, no mention of breakfast being available. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are nice. One hot tub was regular temp (maybe 102-104) and one was super hot. Pool was pretty cold. Good for a nice plunge! They also have a sauna. Beware: double bed rooms have full size beds not queen! Kind of old but relatively well kept. It was clean and staff was nice. The price is good, which was our main concern. The little ski shop by the elevators was closed.

ANOTHER new name and owner! We had a really comfortable and most enjoyable two night stay while skiing at Copper and Loveland. Everything worked just fine - though the sauna does take ages to warm up, unfortunately. (Wish they'd turn it on at lunch time, so it was hot by the time the ski traffic returned?) Parking was great in heavy snow, great job in the snow clearing, thank you. And of course the access to Frisco and Breck is excellent by car or using the Summit Stage. Is the hotel pretty old and really very much in need of a facelift? Absolutely. But it is clean and as well kept as feasible, and as a base we think it is extremely hard to beat. Really helpful staff: efficient and knowledgeable too. Will be stay again? Most definitely. Greatly appreciated.
