It is located in a private hamlet "Le Hameau du Quercy", between Figeac and Saint Cirq Lapopie, is surrounded by meadows and hundred-year-old trees, and benefits from a natural swimming pool integrated into a landscaped garden.

It is the oldest house in the hamlet with its adjoining dovecote, stone walls and oak floors.

The cottage "Spirit of stones" has a spacious living room equipped with a fireplace, TV, Hifi, Internet, a functional kitchen, crockery, quality furniture and bedding, sapcious Italian shower, separate WC, laundry room , ground floor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

This cottage is renovated with natural and noble materials, the decoration is full of tranquility and signed by local artists.

The private garden, delimited by dry stones, surrounds the gîte and offers a magnificent view of the forested and hilly massifs.

The natural swimming pool is accessible in fine weather and is in perfect harmony with the place.

An open fireplace will be appreciated in winter (wood provided).

Your children will also appreciate the play areas (trampoline, mini basketball court, swing and slide) and a garden with energy, where many birds have found refuge.

Common areas are to be shared with all the occupants of the hamlet (2 lodgings including this one and 2 bedrooms): the meadow, the playgrounds and the swimming pool.

Many classified tourist sites are located near the hamlet. You will discover the Lot and Célé Valley, Figeac (12 km) and the Champollion Museum, Saint-Cirq Lapopie (35 km), Les Grottes de Pech Merle (40 km), but also Belcastel (50 km), Conques (60 km) remarkable sites in Aveyron.

You can also practice sports activities in the heart of the Lot nature such as canoeing, speleology, cycling and also many hiking and horse riding.
