This single-storey cottage has been renovated in a traditional way in an old stable. Enclosed flower garden of 400 m² with south-facing terrace and courtyard. Swing, sandpit and pétanque court available.
Living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, freezer and complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity and electric heating.
Not included: sheets and towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€80).
Animals: €100 deposit.
Canal de la Martinière 3 km away and Pornic 20 km away.
