Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails!
