Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war ok, aber die Organisation von den Restaurants war nicht optimal, Teller wurden selten weggeräumt und es dauerte ewig bis die Tische neu eingedeckt wurden. Die Mitarbeiter der Restaurants waren meistens ziemlich unfreundlich und wirkten genervt. Es wurde hier nicht viel unternommen um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Vieles vom Essen war bereits kalt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer im Esencia sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Spabereich war ok, aber nicht überragend. Im AI sehr gute Getränkeauswahl.

Optisch ist das Hotel wirklich toll. Ausblick auf das Meer, tolle Gartenanlagen, toller Pool und auch das Restaurant sieht toll aus. Essen: Wir waren im adults only Abschnitt (Esencia) und die Service Kräfte im Restaurant waren wahnsinnig nett! Das Essen war ok. Wir haben immer etwas gefunden. Nervig war, dass die Sachen oft nicht schnell aufgefüllt wurden (Bsp. Wein, Frischkäse, Brot, Saft) Fisch war dafür täglich zu Tonnen übrig bzw. Zu viel. Außerdem waren die Teller nie 100% sauber - dies wurde bei den Expedia Rezensionen bereits kritisiert & auch vom Hotel beantwortet aber scheinbar leider nicht weiter beachtet. Zimmer: Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist okay, Betten bequem. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht top. 4 lange Haare vom Vormieter im Bad.. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer finde ich auch immer befremdlich. Am meisten gestört hat mich aber, dass es sehr hellhörig war. Stimmen von Flur und Nachbarn stark zu hören. Getrampel und Geschiebe vom Zimmer über mir. Ich persönlich war dadurch ab 07:30 wach.. Haben wir uns wohl gefühlt - ja. Würde ich hier noch einmal buchen - nein. Schade weil das Hotel wirklich Potential hat!

Es ist eine äußerlich sehr ansehnliche und auch sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Konzept. Was dem Betrieb noch fehlt ist Schliff in konstanten Abläufen. Es hängt sehr vom Einzelnen ab wie gut der Service ist. Die Rezeption beschränkt sich aud das Wesentliche.Individuelle Wünsche werden nicht berücksichtigt. Der Flieger ging sehr frueh und ich fragte nach einem kleinen Fruehstueckspaket. War schließlich Fruehstueck bezahlt. No way.. Fehlanzeige. Das kannte ich immer so. Leider war das Geschirr beim Essen schmutzig. Es klebten Essensreste an jedem Teller. Dagegen ist das Essen hervorragend. Es gab Wein in der Selbstbedienung aber nur Brausegläser. Da fehlt eben was. Ich hatte leider jeden Tag braune Tierchen mit Antennen im Bad obwohl es wirklich sehr sauber zu sein schien. Ich fand nicht wo die herkamen. Es gibt Muecken die mir den Schlaf raubten.. Das kannte ich von den Kanaren bisher nicht

Ubicacion e instalaciones muy buenas, personal maravilloso. Aspectos a mejorar: es el unico hotel de la cadena en las islas en el que nos han cobrado por una botella de agua VACIA que teniamos que rellenar nosotros en lugar de tener agua disponible en la habitación y la calidad de ciertas comidas ha sido mejorable (tómese como sugerencia, mas que como crítica). Nuestra estancia ha sidoven zona Esencia y régimen de TI. Valoracion de 9 sobre 10.

Me gustó el bufet con los platos hechos al momento, las piscinas, la separación de la zona de adultos del resto del hotel. No me gustó que la limpieza de las piscinas se hiciera durante el horario de baño, con máquinas limpiadoras circulando entre las hamacas y limpiadores de fondo de la piscina mientras te estás bañando. Las vistas impresionantes.

Un hotel muy completo dado que la ubicación a todo es muy alejado. Por ende quienes se quedan solo en el hotel sin conocer la isla, la pasan bien. El resto a pensar en el tiempo que pierdes en recorrer

It is a very large resort. At the same time there is a lot of green space between the buildings. Restaurants are what you can expect from such a large scale area, international kitchen but fair. Reception is efficient. The room I had was onlt separated by thin door to the adherent room which had some influence to the noice levels from that room.

Todo está demasiado lejos. El hotel es demasiado grande y está en una zona muy mal comunicada. Se necesita una carretera de costa que te lleve a las zonas importantes de la isla cómodamente.
