Lovely newly built townhouse just 5 minutes walk from the beach at the castle of Fuengirola.
Here you have many private terraces and large private roof terrace with stunning views.
The house has 3 floors. Beautifully and tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style.
The living room has an open fully equipped kitchen
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 additional toilet.
Here is communal pool and childrens pool.
Nearest golf course is 6.5 km away.

Lovely living room with open kitchen and access to terrace with stunning views. On this floor there is also a toilet and utility room with washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1th floor all with single beds which of course can be put together into double beds. 2 bathrooms one with shower the other with shower and tub.
Large private roof terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers. You have a good view from the terrace from the living room but from here the roof terrace has a great view.
There is communal pool area with children pool too.
There are about 30 golf courses within a radius of 20 km.
Only you are in the property.
The common areas are pool and gym.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.
