Restaurant options great around the hotel but thats about it. Limited public transport. One side if the hotel faces Mt Fuji so make sure you ask for rooms facing that side!

I used this hotel for business. It was crowded, but the staff and others were very helpful. The room was generally well cleaned and comfortable, although there was a little residue. As it happened, we were on the mountain view side and could see Mt.Fuji

Ok

We used this hotel while visiting family. It is just okay. It is conveniently located and the place is clean, but it is a business hotel; so service is just okay. Bed is horrible like sleeping on a board.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
Breakfast was bad, the fried chicken was still raw inside and eggs were cold because there was no cover or anything to keep the heat. You have to chose a 45 minute slot to have your breakfast. Staff at the reception only spoke a little english but was kind. I was annoyed by the first response „check in is at 3 pm“ when I was there 20 minutes earlier. When the checkout time is at 10 in the morning, you have more then enough time to prepare the room. A professional answer would have been at least a „let me check that for you“.
