Excellent staff. Helped to look after our luggage on arrival and transport it to our hotel in Osaka a few days later. Hotel has train station at its front door. Easy to get to and from the main city. Very happy with this hotel.

Quiet location, but the condition of the hotel is not as good as other APA. The cleanliness is poor! It’s shockingly poor. The towels were dirty, and there’s even a cockroach in the bathroom.

I loved that the higashi-ekimae station exit/entrance was right outside the hotel and the grocery store was behind the property. Highly recommend. The staff were so helpful

After reserving this hotel, I’ve heard about the news about a woman visiting Japan on a solo trip reported finding a man hiding under her bed in her room at an APA Hotel in Tokyo. I felt insecure, so, checked the hotel’s website that the security cameras are available. Anyway, the Hotel’s cleanliness, overall services meet the Japanese standards. Staffs were willing to support with smile, and the location is very convenient. There’s a supermarket located right behind the hotel. Only 5 minutes to the Airport by taxi.
