Staff was great and I like how the housekeeper would refill our towels daily. However the beds were extremely hard, pillows were too deflated an it was super nosy. I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of all the noise. I would not recommend this place if you want a hotel to sleep in. It is close to station and foods but nothing else is good about this place.

Room is as expected small but clean. However due to location, it is convenient but noisy as the room sound insulation is very bad. Also communication with staffs in english is an issue as their English is limited.

Compare to other hotels it was as as bad, but could be better. Everything is near and walking distance. Front desk very helpful and recommended a few places to see the cherry blossoms.

Good hotel

First time there. Stay was good for time frame we were there for. Bed was hard,but typical for Japanese hotel. Overall was happy especially since our room had 2 beds we couldmpush together to make 1 big one.

We were very happy with the staffs, they are very nice and helpful. Room is quiet, although it has a big glass window but the shade is cancel light very good. Restaurant next to hotel and all around us, we are close to canal city, train station, shopping. Highly recommended
