Checked in process is smooth, the ambiance is nice however the staff is really rude, he knocked at my door twice and he asked me to pay for the extension right away even if im wearing towel only. What a rude man! Also i left a body bag with paper bag in the room after check out, the property didnt bother to call me that i left something and when i came to pick up what i left in the hotel the guy just gave me the bag only no more paper bag 😅. I dont want to stay in this hotel anymore. Not safe

Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, the hotel is just down the road from the Hakata station, which has a bus that goes directly to the airport. The room was nice and clean with full amenities, great bathroom, and a full control air conditioner.

It was a pleasant stay. The check-in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and neat, with the garbage bin cleared every day. It's about a 10-minute walk to JR Hakata Station, which was quite convenient for me
