Staff were responsive, the area was nice and quiet, a great place to stay and perfect for those that want a convenient but uncrowded location. Would stay again if given visiting Fukuoka.

Hotel didn't provide check-in instructions ahead of time and there was no staff/front desk to assist. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room.

There was food in the microwave, possibly left by the previous guests. Some areas were a bit dusty (vent, under the sofa, top of microwave and ref). We stayed for 5 nights. Our garbage bin was overflowing. There was no provision for garbage disposal, even if we had to bring it down ourselves. We had to leave used bento boxes in the ref so that the room would not smell bad.

It’s a really bad stay here because of poor soundproofing with bad neighbors. Running for the whole night and service system is useless even leave the message for them. Really bad experience and it makes my trip worse since I could sleep for two nights until the bad neighbors left.

I booked this place because it was close to the Port, and didn’t expect much. But the checkin process was cumbersome with an unpersonelled ipad with alot of questions. The room was clean and good enough, but it lacked a kitchen sink, and we had to get tap water from the bathroom.
