Overall the room was good except for the malfunction of the washlet device. It activated without turning it on, splattering the water all over me. The service and the location of the property were good.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean & tidy. Location is fine and quite close to Hakata station. Unfortunately, doesn’t have many restaurants cafe nearby.

Gorgeous design

Gorgeous hotel with a Great Gatsby vibe. Free drinks every afternoon if you are a guest, and coffee and tea in the mornings. I greatly appreciated that before my business days began. Rooms were average size with a nice tub for soaking after a long day.
