The mattress is extremely bad, with a noticeable dip in the middle; it is sagging, and you can feel the springs. The air conditioner blows directly toward the bed and cannot be adjusted. The air coming out is dusty, and the room overall is very dusty—especially from the vent—which made me sneeze all night.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Forza Hakata. The room had an unpleasant fishy smell from the moment I walked in, which made it uncomfortable to stay. Cleanliness was clearly lacking. The carpet is already dark brown, but you can still see visible debris on it. There were numerous scuff marks and dirt stains on the walls and even on the ceiling. The vent fan was dusty, and the hallway felt dark. The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient. Aside from that, the overall condition and upkeep of the hotel fall far below expectations. I would not stay here again.
