Wonderful big bedroom

The pavement from Hakata station to apartment is bit rough at some places. Clean and spacious rooms. Good washing machine but not enough laundry detergent. Over good accommodation with 7 eleven nearby.

モニターでのチェックインでしたが、テレビ電話が長いこと繋がらず、そのままチェックイン番号がでてきました。テレビのリモコンは電池切れでエアコンリモコンは１つ効かなかった。冷蔵庫は汚れていて開ける際に、ひっつく音がした。室内はホコリやゴミなど少し気になりました。ただ1番驚いたのが、フライパンや食器類は汚れたまま収納されていました。部屋は普通で匂いなどは気にするまではなかった。

ところどころ埃が溜まっているところがあり掃除が十分ではないと感じました。 服を洗濯しようとしたところ下の洗濯パンを見たらゴミや汚れが酷かったです。 あと洗面所あたりの下水のにおいが酷かったのと、ベッドに血のようなシミがあり拭き取った感じもないぐらい濃い色をしていてとても気になりました。 でも設備やサービスなどはとても良かったので、清掃面を改善していただけると安心して利用できると思います。
