The property is not far away from the Hakata Station and can be easily found. The pre-checkin required passports and photos. Checkin is easy. The surrounding area is not too nice.

駐車場について
駐車場が満車になり、他の宿泊者が車の前に車を停めたりしてトラブルになっており（外国人同士）、朝6時頃から何度もクラクションを鳴らしたりしていて迷惑だったので、駐車場を予約制等にしたほうが良いのではないかなと思った。今朝も停めて良い場所ではない所に2台ほど停まっていました。

整體都很不錯，四人房空間很大 有電視還有投影機 浴室廁所分開，進出都是密碼進出不怕忘記帶鑰匙，有小廚房餐具鍋具都有 離博多站走路大概15分鐘 走五分鐘就有超商 只有一個缺點，因為外國人入住需要登錄很多資料，所以在check in的時候花了很多時間，也沒有收到任何可以提前填寫的資訊，希望這點可以改善
