First time with this hotel, used to be with another chain hitel targeting biz travelers. Found this one cleaner, bigger, more considerate (offering skin care samples) at a better price. Of coz this is not right opposite to Hakata Station yet it's a manageable walking distance.

Ok location, near Canal city was far better. Excellent unexpected bus service and informative driver to and from Hakata station and also airport. Check in was not so friendly as we waited 2 hours until 4.15pm to check in while dozens came and checked straight in during this time. There must be a members service or local app we weren’t informed of.
